We took our first helper from Budgetmaid 6 years ago, we received excellent service from both Tjai Hong & Mandy. I especially remember Tjai Hong being very helpful and attentive throughout the process… Sadly, our current helper of 6 years which was an immense help during the Covid pandemic have now decide to go back to Myanmar to take care of her mother. We decide to engage Budgetmaid again to find our second helper…Tjai Hong and Mandy (pleasantly surprised that they are still around after 6 years) continue their good service and help listened to our needs and recommended a maid that match our requirements. The whole process was very smooth. We are very happy with the current maid and hope she can work another 6 years for us… I would definitely recommend Budgetmaid if you are looking for a helper.

Excellent service rendered by Mandy. Would highly recommend her.
She was really patient to thoroughly understand our requirement and helped us find our helper.
It had been six months, my current helper do occasionally give me some issues but whenever I called up to Mandy or Tjai Hong, they patiently listen to my complaints and give me advice.
